Dr. Jerlando F. L. Jackson is a globally recognized organizational scientist, leadership strategist, entrepreneur, and university professor. An award-winning book author, he is also a higher education executive that manages two multi-million dollar industry-leading units within a Top 3 ranked organization. Dr. Jackson has delivered hundreds of research papers and keynote addresses across 15 countries. His seminal research has focused on organizational science with a special interest in hiring practices, career mobility, workforce diversity, and workplace discrimination. He is recognized as the chief architect of the study of organizational disparities, which is an emerging subfield of organizational studies. As a pioneering education influencer, he holds rights to numerous intellectual properties, has published, and lectured extensively on strategies to disrupt organizational disparities across multiple employment industries.
